Caroline R. Schmidt


Caroline was born and raised in Arcanum and returned to practice law with her father in 2001.

She maintains a general practice, but focuses on personal injury and wrongful death cases.  She also practices in the areas of real estate, business representation and Estate Planning and Probate.  Caroline successfully represents her clients through all phases of litigation including drafting, negotiating settlements, preparing discover, taking depositions, representation at mediation and/or arbitration and trial.  She is licensed to practice law in Ohio and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Caroline is blessed to be a wife and mother and resides in Arcanum with her husband and three children.
